Beginning her first full season with the Mavericks after joining partway through last year from Australia, Jemma Donoghue has quickly made her mark in the NSL. In 2025, she earned two Super 7 Team of the Week selections and produced 26 gains and 20 deflections in just 12 appearances.
Known for her fight, athleticism, and defensive instincts, Donoghue’s experience will be pivotal as she forms a formidable partnership with Razia Quashie and Jamie Van Wyk at the heart of the Mavericks’ defence.
