Bio
After impressing during a mid-season spell with the club in 2026, Ellie Sadler has signed a full contract with London Mavericks ahead of the new campaign.
The defender initially joined as cover for Razia Quashie and quickly established herself as a key part of the Mavericks defensive unit, earning a permanent place in the squad.
A product of London Pulse’s NXT Gen programme, the Wimbledon-born defender has enjoyed a rapid rise through the game, embracing her height as a major strength while progressing from club netball to England age-group honours.
Sadler has also excelled on the international stage, helping Team England secure a bronze medal at the 2023 Commonwealth Youth Games in Trinidad and Tobago.

Ellie reveals why she chose to return to Mavericks and continue building on her breakthrough season.
“For me it was definitely a no-brainer; as soon as I found out I was like absolutely! I think I had such a great entry into the team, signing mid-season and getting to join last year was so brilliant; every single person was so welcoming, I love all the girls, the coaching is phenomenal, I feel so perfectly suited to this environment, it’s fantastic!”
