Games follow standard netball rules with small adaptations where needed to support a social environment (e.g. rolling substitutions, mixed ability teams). Full rules will be shared before the season begins.

Can I miss a week?
I am text block. Click edit button to change this text. Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. Ut elit tellus, luctus nec ullamcorper mattis, pulvinar dapibus leo.
Yes – we understand people have busy schedules. Just let your team captain or league organiser know if you can’t attend a match.
Is it competitive?
The league is social first, competitive second. We encourage good sportsmanship, inclusivity, and respect on and off the court.
Do I need insurance or membership?
The league holds public liability insurance, which covers the organisation and venue during league activities.
However, this does not cover personal injuries sustained while playing netball. Players take part at their own risk, and we strongly recommend that all participants arrange their own personal sports injury insurance if they feel they require additional cover.
This league is not registered with England Netball, so England Netball membership is not required to take part.
By registering, players acknowledge and accept these conditions.
Who can I contact if I have more questions?
