How do I book tickets for a HSV game?
Tickets for all games can be booked through our ticket provider, FanBase. Use the following link to access tickets : Fanbase
What is the age limit for a Junior ticket?
Junior tickets are available for individuals aged 3 to 15. Anyone aged 16 or older qualifies for an adult ticket. Children under 3 do not require a ticket to attend the game.
What are the ticket terms and conditions?
For information regarding refunds, exchanges, or any other ticket terms and conditions, please refer to our full ticket terms and conditions policy here. Typically, refunds or exchanges are only available under specific circumstances.
How do I access my ticket(s)?
It’s easiest to access your tickets via the FanBase app, to download app: Google Play: Fanbase – Apps on Google Play
Apple: FanBase App Store
Once you have logged into your FanBase account you can access your tickets through your wallet section.
If you purchased tickets as a guest, they will have been emailed to you.
What does "general admission unreserved seating" mean?
Unreserved seating means you can sit anywhere within the venue. However, if you’re a season ticket holder or part of a group booking, you will have reserved seating to ensure you’re all seated together.
How do I book tickets for a group?
We offer special group booking opportunities for schools and clubs to attend London Mavericks home games.
- Pick Your Game(s): Select which games you’d like to attend from our fixture list.
- Get Your Code: We’ll provide you with a unique code to book your group’s tickets.
- Discount & Perks: Group tickets come with a 10% discount if purchased during the Early Bird Window (24th October – 31st December). Plus, your group will receive exclusive perks like KitQueen vouchers and matchday experiences.

Getting to HSV
Where is HSV located?
Address: Hertfordshire Sports Village, de Havilland Campus, Hatfield Business Park, Hatfield, AL10 9EU.
How do I get to HSV?
- By Car: HSV is located just off the A1M, within Hatfield Business Park, and is a 5-minute drive from the M25.
Parking: The on-site parking is managed by Hozah. From Monday to Friday (07:00–19:00), the first two hours are free; beyond that, parking costs £2. Remember to register your vehicle to avoid fines. - By Public Transport:
Bus: Routes 301, 302, 602, 653, and 366 pass near the Sports Village.
Train: The nearest station is Hatfield Train Station, served by the Great Northern Line.
- By Minibus/Coach: Groups arriving by minibus or coach can be dropped off near the entrance. However, drivers must park off-site as there are no dedicated bays for large vehicles.
- By Taxi or Bike/Scooter: Local taxis companies are available in the immediate area and bike/scooter parking are available on-site.
London Mavericks Matchday
What to expect on a London Mavericks matchday?
Doors typically open 2.5 hours before the NSL FCP (first centre pass) game. This allows you to watch games going on prior to the NSL fixture and to visit the fan zone, and explore merchandise and food stands.
Can I bring my bag into the arena?
Small bags, backpacks or rucksacks of similar size are permitted. Please note that, along with ticket checks, all bags will be subject to search. Larger luggage cannot be brought into the arena or stored anywhere on the premises.
London Mavericks camera policy on matchdays
Feel free to take photos and videos of your experiences throughout the day—we encourage it! However, live streaming of the fixtures/events from your personal device is not permitted. Please note, we don’t allow professional-type cameras (with large or detachable lenses), camcorders and tripods.
Can I re-enter the venue after leaving the arena?
Yes. If you leave the arena, you can re-enter as long as you have a London Mavericks hand stamp, which shows your ticket has been scanned.
Is there a Fan Zone?
Yes! The London Mavericks Fan Zone offers a variety of activities, including skill stations for shooting and catching, and fan mail where you can write to your favourite players. If you arrive early, you may also catch a glimpse of the NSL players before the match.
What is included in my matchday ticket?
Your matchday ticket grants you access for the entire day. Keep an eye on your matchday information email for updates, as it will let you know if multiple fixtures are scheduled. In most cases, there will be an additional game before the NSL fixture that you can enjoy.
Can I meet the players?
There are opportunities to meet the players in the fan zone before the match. Additionally, after the game players like to hang around for photos and autographs.
Guest Behaviour
We look forward to welcoming you to the OVO Arena Wembley and are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all our guests. We have a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of anti-social behaviour directed towards other guests or staff.
This includes refraining from engaging in any behaviour that may cause harm, discomfort, or offense to fellow attendees or staff members. We will not tolerate any form of verbal or physical abuse, harassment, discrimination, or disruptive actions, any individual found engaging in anti-social behaviour may be subject to immediate removal from the venue and could face further consequences as deemed necessary.
We encourage all guests to report any concerns or incidents to a nearby staff member or security personnel. Together, we can ensure that everyone’s experience remains enjoyable, inclusive in a safe and respectful manner.
Who can I speak to on a matchday if I need to report any issues?
We have an incredible team of matchday volunteers available to assist with a variety of tasks. Please speak to one of our matchday volunteers first as they my be able to help. If your report needs to be escalated to the London Mavericks staff or venue personnel, our matchday volunteers will make sure it reaches the appropriate individuals.
Accessibility
At HSV, the Sports Village consists of two floors with a lift connecting both floors. Each floor is flat for ease of movement around the site. The outdoor facilities are also easily accessible for all to use.
Will there be accessible seating?

Can I bring medication to the event?
Yes, you are allowed to keep your medication with you. We will do our best to ensure you are safe and comfortable.
What should I do if I have a severe allergy?
If you have a severe allergy, please contact us in advance at info@londonmavericks.co.uk so we can take necessary precautions for your safety.
Facilities
Is HSV a cashless venue?
Yes, HSV is cashless. All merchandise and food stands accept card payments only.
Can I purchase London Mavericks merchandise?
Yes, merchandise is available on matchdays at our stand or through our online store.
Are food and drinks available?
Yes, food and drinks are available at the Starbucks in reception, as well as from concession stands in the arena.
What toilet and changing facilities are available?
Toilets (including accessible and baby changing facilities) are located on both floors. Additional changing rooms are also available—ask staff for directions.
Is there free WiFi?
Yes, connect to “The Cloud” and provide the necessary details to access free WiFi.
Lost Property
